The front top deck window was particularly tricky, resulting in the front being removed with the disk sander.  To be replaced with more filler.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;-After 3 to 4 days of this proses a coat of primer had been added. Which is now also finished.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Above image shows the bus waiting for window shaping, some gluing all followed by some oil based clay. The acrylic I have chosen has variations in thickness ranging from 3mm to 3.4mm.
